penne rigate with zucchini and celery
penne rigate with zucchini, celery, tomato, and red onion sauce is white wine, garlic, olive oil, margarine, thyme, white pepper, salt, black pepper, chili flakes, flour topped with celery and parsley leaves
I don't know too much about wine at all. I do know that you're not supposed to cook with a wine you wouldnt drink. Seeing as I don't drink wine, how do I know what a good white wine is to cook with??
To be honest, I use pretty much whatever wine I have on hand and the food has always tasted fine. I'm sure that some are better than others, but you can't mess up too much...
