cool, huh? the only place i've seen them is at Hispanic markets. we started eating them raw (yum!)... then I threw some in a jar and I'm currently attempting to sprout them (day 2)...and I hope to try roasting some before they are no longer in season.
That is so cool. There are so many foods that I never see in their "natural" form- like, where does a cashew come from? Does it have a shell like a peanut? Is it a fruit? How dumb do I sound? ;-)
