Falafel is one of my favorites! When I was 14 I lived an entire summer on falafel alone!
Falafel are so good, and yet I never make them at home. Why is this?
Wow, really homemade? I've made falafel from a mix but never from scratch, looks great!
I'd never made them from scratch either, but it was really easy, and I did prefer the taste- it was a lot fresher and lighter than the ones I buy or make from a mix!
I love anything in a pita! And falafel, oh YUM! these look deeee-lish!
