I love spinach and artichoke dip, I could only imagine how good a hummus version would be! And soy feta? It sucks being a vegan in Ontario, I know all these great Vegan cheeses, b8ut I don't have access to them!

Salad with tomato basil soy feta cheeze, spinach and artichoke hummus, and toasted pita bread.
I've never tried the soy "feta" cheeze, how do you like it? Also, the spinach and artichoke hummus sounds so delicious!
