tempeh, sweet potato & kale sandwich
BBQ tempeh, sweet potato, wilted kale and grilled red onion on toasted multi-grain bread, from Candle Cafe in New York. Served with a shallot sage aioli and a mesclun salad drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
sounds good, something I might have to try replicating
