bok choy with peanuts & shallots
A quick and tasty meal: stir-fried bok choy topped with fried shallots, garlic, peanuts, and an impromptu indonesian sauce (kecap manis, kecap sambal, and a bit of brown sugar)
This is so typical Josh, BTW. "Oh, this is a little something I whipped up with some Indonesian sauces I happen to have lying around...No, I didn't use a recipe, just my intuition for tasty food." He's really something.
i love bok choy . . . a lot. this sounds like something i would like a whole bunch.
