tofu curry over purple rice
A hot bowl at Urban Herbivore. There were big chunks of tofu, pineapple, potatoes and carrots in the sauce, and it was served over purple rice. Hit the spot on a cold day!
quite an eclectic mix of flavors in that hot bowl - sounds worthwhile!
