Appetizer platter from Happy Buddha vegetarian restaurant (in Flushing chinatown in New York). From top: spring rolls, veggie roast pork, seaweed tofu roll fried with sesame, and mock duck.
This is a wonderful, wonderful thing. I recently had an "Asian Sampler" platter a local tea house/restaurant, and it was a revelation. So hard to find vegan versions usually. This all looks so tasty!
