ReplyDeleteMmmm... thank you! We feasted on Thai pizzas in front of the Grammy's last night. The coconut sauce is truly inspired. I made two mini-pizzas, one in each color, then made two calzones of each flavor today (inspired by Shmoo's mom at www.veganlunchbox.com). These are great recipes that will become classics for me -- and ones I'll reach for when I hear the dreaded question that is the topic of this blog.

yay! I'm glad the pizzas turned out well, and as calzones too. I wonder what other asian cuisines could be pizza-fied... I bet a vietnamese pizza would be good, no?
