buffalo wings




Tempeh buffalo wings (can also be made with seitan and tofu). (Recipe from the 'zine "Don't Eat Off the Sidewalk" vol. 1) These taste so awesome - the taste and texture are right on. Essential for everyone, but especially Upstate New York vegans like me!

  6. Cool. I'm one of those rare people who has never eaten chicken wings, but I can see the appeal of sticky protein finger food! I'm going to try that out!
