chili paratha
Grilled paratha bread sauteed with onions, peas, and peppers in a rich chili sauce, from Madras Cafe in Toronto. The bread is so dense and tender that it was like fake meat!

heart-shaped tempeh patties + mashed veg

I made tempeh patties, except I used liquid smoke as a flavouring instead of all the Italianny spices the recipe calls for. Served with mashed potatoes, peas and pesto. Nummy!
