This looks really tasty! Do you have a recipe for it? On a weird note, I did a web search, found a recipe for Oyako don buri and learned that Oyako means "parent and child." The soup is called this because it contains egg and chicken. Disturbing.
I roughly used this recipe, substituting pumpkin, potato, and carrot for the "chicken":

I think I also added some hoisin sauce for extra flavor. I didn't find the recipe perfect though... still needs some tinkering.
