"German" salads

Fabulous vegan salads from the buffet at Cassius Garten Restaurant in Bonn, Germany:

From left, red cabbage salad, Russian salad with mushrooms and brussel sprouts, carrot and sunflower seed salad, radish salad, cucumber salad, corn salad, mushroom antipasta, roasted tofu, and German potato salad in the middle, all vegan (with clear labels to boot) and all amazingly flavorful.

Carrot orange fennel salad, more corn salad, green bean salad, spinach salad, and potato arugula salad.
Best vegan salad buffet ever?

i've never tried kasha pancakes. i tried cooking with it 10 years ago and it was gross, but i didn't know how to cook back then. i'm impressed with the "german" salads...i thought that country was all about the meat.

I swear Germany has changed in the past 10 years. When I visited years ago, it was really difficult being veggie. This time there were plenty of options, including that amazing salad bar. If I could have at least one of those salads always in my fridge...
