that's weird.. nem is a north viet word (as are the spring rools).. served at an afro european restaurant? :)

yeah, I was really curious what Senegalese spring rolls would be like, but turns out that they were more vietnamese style (and yummy). apparently the restaurant blends in asian influences too... I don't know if it's because there are those influences in Dakar (?), or just because.
