it was fabulous! crisp and savory, and you can actually taste the scallions. Yeah, I've had less than spectacular ones before, but if you go to a good place they're great. In China it's even easier - just go to a street stand and they're usually good.

I had vegan scallion pancake in toronto as well somewhere, but while vegan, tastewise it was just so so...
