B.A.T.

Bacon (Smart Bacon), avocado, and tomato sandwich. With red onions and vegenaise on toasted Ezekiel bread. This was much more tasty than it had any right to be!

That looks really yummy. Avocados and veggie bacon were made for one another.

I love avocado. I love veggie bacon and I eat a lot of sandwhiches. Why didn't I think of combining all these things together before. What else have I been missing!!??

I've made the same sandwich, and it is soo good. In fact, years ago, when I worked at a veg restaurant, we served this sandwich... non vegan though, and it was one of our most popular.

That looks SO good. I have an avocado that needs to be used up by tomorrow...hmmm...

What does vegan mayo taste like? I was never a fan of the non-vegan version, so I've never felt like trying the vegan kind. But maybe I should.

Village Vegan, vegan mayonnaise ranges from awesome to horrible, in my opinion. My favorite brand is vegannaise- they have a few different formulations. I'm a mayo fan, though, so I'm not sure if it would turn you off, seeing as to how you never liked mayo to begin with. Worth a try, though. (I make mock egg salad, mock tuna salad, potato salad, aioli, dipping sauces, and salad dressings with it.)
