vegan brunch!




Funk'n Waffles restaurant, in Syracuse NY. This brunch included: waffles, french toast, sausage, tofu scramble, fruit salad, hash, and really good coffee.

All of that on one plate?!? I never would have thought that the brunch gods would allow such beautiful gluttony... ;)

i'm definitely addicted to silk live smoothies and yogurts. i agree :)their smoothies are just so good, and creamy.

Wait this is in Syracuse? And all of it vegan? Much must have changed since I went to graduate school there. Hell, this sounds delicious! I totally missed out. The best I got around there was horseradish and red onion on a saltine. That was at some bar (can't remember the name) downtown where all the law schoolites went.
