seared seitan & maple mashed potatoes


Pan-seared seitan & Pomery mustard sauce, with maple potato purée, green beans, & glazed pearl onions.

Maple puree on mashed potatoes!?!?! Why haven't I had that before? Wow!

It was potatoes and maple pureed/mashed together actually. Very tasty!
