ethiopian brunch

The brunch combo from M&B Yummy vegetarian Ethiopian restaurant in Toronto. Clockwise from the top:
- Ful: fava beans served with tomatoes, onions, and green chili
- Injera and "beef" stew
- Butucha: vegan scrambled "eggs" made from chickpea flour
- Kita fir fir: bread fried with vegan butter and spices
- Kinche: sweet cracked wheat
And all of this for one person, allegedly!

ohmygosh, that looks so good! I wish it was noon on a Sunday in Ethiopia so I could have this!
