That looks really good. I'll be checking out your site often.. do you blog what you eat everyday? I just recently started blogging what I'm packing my daughter for lunches - www.anotherveganlunchbox.blogspot.com - and to have a place to talk about sending my daughter off to such an unvegan-friendly place such as school.

Yeah, I love the vegan lunch boxes (http://veganlunchbox.blogspot.com" too)!
I don't post everything that I eat, just some things. But I do try to post some "everyday" foods, to show that vegan foods can be simple things too.
I'm actually most interested in having other people post what they eat - the main reason I started the blog was to have a shared site where different people could post examples of the vegan foods that they eat, to show different perpectives and ways of being vegan. So please post something if you have a good picture! :)

I've heard about that restaurant, and it looks so good. We are going to have to try it next time we get to NYC. Here in Iowa we certainly have nothing of the kind.

You can get a wonderful phili cheese steak at Melanie's in Providence RI. Also a really good cheesecake, rice xpie square, cakes, etc etc
