speaking of mushrooms, you have to try the mushroom ceviche josh had on here last year. YUM!! it's a favorite in our house. we make it different everytime... but it's SOOO good :)

That looks very yummy, a wonderful mix. I eat lots of portobello mushrooms as I love their flavor.
