nepalese dumpling soup


Momochas (dumplings filled with crushed peanuts, chickpeas, and vegetables) in spicy vegetable soup, flavored with ginger, chili, lime, and cilantro.

I guess I should have said it LOOKS delicious - been searching for a recipe to try at home. this has officially become a craving for me!

You do find the best restaurants! I've tried vegan dumplings a few times. They were always served cold, I think I'd like something hot better.
