Chiocciole means scrolls in italian. How cute--little scrolls filled with cauliflower!
ha! that's great... I was wondering what chiocciole meant, since I'd never heard of it before buying it. Makes sense though, since the parallel ridges of the pasta could look like lines of text.

Chiocciole actually means "snails."
