Oh yay, it must be rhubarb season!! I can't wait to cook something with them.
A friend made it and I forgot to ask if it was fresh rhubarb or frozen. fyi: the custard is British-style custard, not egg custard, which is kind of like pudding.
Actually found some Vegan custard here last week, now all I need is the rhubarb which I haven't had in years :)
