i made the deepfried eggplant with japanese style sauce recently and that was very tasty (melt in your mouth eggplant).. and i also made eggplant with korean sauce and that was rather tasty too.

yeah, I think that's probably the best cookbook we own - great recipes for everything you'd want to cook!
I never thought of pairing eggplant with a peanut dressing - sounds delicious!!
I had that same sauce yesterday, but with soba instead of eggplants. Now I want this version!
