what's in that? I don't think I've had posole before...
you probably wouldn't have had it because it's normally a meat-centered soup...the best parts of it are in this soup though - hominy, pico de gallo, & cabbage (i think posole means hominy) also has green beans, zucchini, onions, carrots, white pepper. i'll post a recipe on my blog someday :)
oh, of course, I've had posole in Latin America before... I wasn't thinking in Spanish. But whenever I had it, it was pretty bland. Maybe because the more interesting dishes with pozole are meaty...
I would so eat that- yum!
