That looks like a nice quick meal. I love <3 your take on the Taco Bell sandwich. I saw the commercial for it and thought "greasy grossness" but your's looks GOOD :)

yeah, the polenta takes some time to bake, but not too much preparation time.
I can't take credit for the Taco Bell style wrap though - that's Shelly's creation :)
