looks good! what'd you make the hollandaise sauce from? I have some white asparagus that I've been meaning to use...
Hi Josh,
I'm sure there are good recipes out there for veg. Hollandaise, but ours was not really it! We messed around with earth balance, lemon juice, some flour and soymilk... and the result was a pleasant sauce, but definitely not tasting like Hollandaise.
