Sunday Brunch



Biggest breakfast ever! Garlic roasted home fries, tofu scramble, LightLife Smart Links sausage, and scones made from the recipe in "Vegan with a Vengeance." (with the substitution of white whole wheat flour instead of all-purpose and the addition of frozen blueberries.)

That totally looks like my kind of breakfast! In fact, when I saw the picture, I thought that Josh had postd a picture of one our breakfasts. I just couldn't remember a time when we had all those things on one plate. :)

That's funny, Renate! This is one of my favorite breakfasts, but I only get to have it once in a blue moon, thankfully!
