Martha does vegan bacon?!Which recipe is this? It does look great!
The recipe is from an old copy of Martha Stewart Living that a neighbor had left on her stoop. The big tip I got from that recipe is to pour the vinigrette on the potatoes while they're still warm. I forget which brand of fake bacon I used.
