Malaysian curry noodle soup


Since people liked the previous posts, one more from Happy Buddha vegetarian restaurant (Flushing chinatown in New York). A rare vegan version of Malaysian curry (usually it has shrimp paste).

You got that right buddy! Pesky shrimp paste always sneaks itself in southeast asian cuisine!

it's one of those few restaurants where the lighting is really good and everything looks interesting, so I couldn't resist...
