sweet potato fries with carrot & onion sambal


baked sweet potato wedges (coated with some oil, salt, and pepper) and indonesian sambal dip (shredded carrots, onion, garlic, kecap manis and kecap sambal)

yeah, they're pretty crispy, depending on how long you cook them and how much oil you put on them.
we're actually making them again for thanksgiving, although minus the indonesian sambal
