The recipie was one of your run of the mill standard corn waffle recipies. :) I'd actually never had corn waffles before, but saw the recipe in Debora Madison's Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone. I'd been meaning to try it forever. I loved the way it turned out. I'm psyched to have a new carb./starch to add to the rotation!
