I made tempeh patties, except I used liquid smoke as a flavouring instead of all the Italianny spices the recipe calls for. Served with mashed potatoes, peas and pesto. Nummy!

Tempeh is one of my all-time favorite things. Yours looks yummy!
I've tried tempeh once or twice, but I never could learn to like it. The texture is just to meatlike for me. The cookies from the post below look great! Cookies and chickpeas = pure genius
