Canadian Thanksgiving dinner
Our potluck Canadian Thanksgiving feast. Clockwise from top: bok choy slaw, candied yams, roasted root veggies, tofurkey, apple cranberry stuffing, mushroom sausage stuffing, green beans with almonds, wild rice salad, veggie Italian sausage and peppers, mashed potatoes, Celebration Roast, and gravy! Not pictured: homemade pumpkin pie, apple crisp, and almond milk ice-cream.

Tender broccoli greens with mustard seeds, Patak's curry paste, coconut, cashews, onions, and garlic, topped with masala roasted broccoli. Rice and tamarind chutney on the side.

seaweed & potato crisp salads
Potato chips + salad? Why not?
Mesclun, daikon, carrot, and crispy potato with ginger dressing.
Wakame and green and red seaweeds. Vegetables in tofu sauce in the background.
