I have heard great things about Veggie Castle a few times. I will have to make a trip out there--you have to admire their sense of humor.
that's quite a comfort platter you have going there!
I have tried okra in various ways and just cannot acquire a taste for it.
Thank goodness there are many other types of soul food to make as I love it.
