Peas is tofu scramble! Duh. Why don't we do that more often?
Ooops, I mean peas IN tofu scramble. I just had a bagel this a.m. w/ no tofu scramble, so my typing is off.

Oh my god thank-you! I am planning on going vegan finally after 6 years of vegetarianism (New Years resolution.) I was sad about leaving my favorite foods behind, but now that my scrambled eggs can be replaced, I feel so much better about my decision.
