is that coriander seed on top? that is a beautiful presentation of guac. much better than the traditional ice cream scoop on a plate.
they weren't coriander seeds but we couldn't figure out what they were. they were kind of like fried breadstick balls, I'm pretty sure made out of some kind of flour. nice touch
