cauliflower never gets enough love. perhaps because it is so pale. i still like it though. have you ever tried the purple or orange kind? the purple really brightens a dish.
Jen: I tried the orange kind this fall and it was pretty good... of all the weird variations I prefer brociflower though. Carla: ancho just means wide in spanish - wide chili peppers. You can get them dried and then use them whenever - they have a smokier and more savory taste I find, and not so sharply spicy.
