okra with spring garlic & saba


Catching up on some spring eats - in this case okra sauteed with spring garlic and tomatoes, and topped with saba.

i've tried to like okra, i just can't though. my one exception is some sort of stew that the local afghani restaurant makes. it's very tasty, but i doubt i can replicate it.
